Happy Foodie Friday everyone. This weeks recipe is the perfect go to for a nutrient rich breakfast or post-workout nourishment. Smoothie bowls are perfect for creating thick and creamy dessert like dishes full of protein, vitamins, minerals, good fats and fibre.

A great way of adding an extra zing to your smoothie bowl is replacing filtered water or nut milk with a cold pressed juice. This is great because your not only getting the benefits of drinking raw juice, you are also not missing out on all the healthy fats and fibre. It is really important to start the day with a nutritionally balanced breakfast.
Our dear friends at PUREARTH are the creators of one of our favourite green juices, which we were really excited to use in this recipe! Here's our little way of saying how HARD CORE it is:
Healthy skin cells
Alkalising
Rich in Chlorophyll
Detoxing
Cleansing
Organic
Replenishing
Energising
