Prep
Remember to your dates if they are not already!
How we did it
1. Chop up the banana and avocado into pieces and put into the blender.
2. Follow with the remaining ingredients, topping with the splash of almond milk.
3. Blend it all up so it is smooth and thick and transfer into your favourite bowl.
4. Sprinkle on your extra superfood toppings and enjoy!

ELIXIR TIP: For a thicker smoothie bowl, add more frozen banana or avocado. For a thinner smoothie bowl, or for a smoothie you wish to drink add more nut milk.
