Elixir Monthly: What We're Admiring This April.

It’s been full speed ahead for 2016 and we can not believe it is the end of April already. We’ve welcomed so many wonderful new things to the store since the new year so we thought we would share with you a few of which we have been loving this month.

We’ve really enjoying the Classic Vanilla, which is a muscle building mix of raw whole grain brown rice protein and vanilla extract sweetened with stevia. We like the vanilla because you can use it in a base for any smoothie creation, whether it is chocolatey, full of berries or clean and green. It has been amazing to find a good quality protein powder with no added sugar and few ingredients.

Its definitely not a secret that we are utterly obsessed with chocolate. Our most recent addition to our chocolate collection are the incredibly delicious Well + Happy raw chocolate blocks. We’ve searched high and low for a raw WHITE chocolate, and their White Caramac Crunch really hits the spot, and guess what? One of the main ingredients in that particular bar is Sun Warrior Vanilla Protein, that’s two favourites in one! These lovingly handmade organic chocolates contain the best superfood ingredients, exactly what Elixir would order. Not to mention they are completely vegan, refined sugar free, dairy, soy and gluten free. The Matcha latte bar was another winner and completely flew off the shelves!

FROM THE BAR

Our very own Hazelnut latte is a delicious dairy free alternative to your regular latte. It is smooth, creamy, nutty, and naturally sweet with no added sugar. You can enjoy our special blend of organic coffee and organic hazelnut milk at our lovely little wellness bar in store or you can take away! We also provide decaf coffee if caffeine isn't your best friend.

FROM THE CLINIC

If you are a regular client of ours at Elixir, then you will know we have recently had a little refurbishment upstairs in the clinic. We are totally in love with our new fresh look, which we hope will make your experience even more luxurious. This includes a new waiting room, which is located in the first door to the the left on the first floor. If you are new to the clinic we will kindly show you the way.

We also would like to mention the newest treatment on the menu, we have been totally blown away by the Skin Breeze Facial! We’ve all tried and tested this treatment, please do feel free to ask one of the Elixir team members about their Skin Breeze experience and how it can benefit you. Skin Breeze is an advanced microdermabrasion facial treatment which is completely needle free! Instead, the process uses LED light therapy, O2 infusion and O3 ozone therapy.

LED LIGHT THERAPY:

RED LIGHT stimulates new tissue growth and speeds up cell renewal. This enhances collagen production by increasing blood circulation. New tissue growth and strong cell renewal is essential for wound healing.
